She’d have been better off to admit taking pictures for ANYONE was just plain foolish.
That said, feminist are used to having it both ways; must have been a real shock to her when she found out that even with ‘her’ voters there were lines not to be crossed.
I consider myself a feminist to a certain degree. That means respecting & being
supportive of the women who want to stay home & raise their kids. It also means letting men have their own clubs & spaces. Just let people be.
And you’re correct....by admitting her very bad judgement she might have salvaged her career. She made 2 monumental mistakes: 1) posing for nude photos & 2) involving a staff member in all of it. A man would have been skewered for #2 alone.
Lord knows I live in a glass house, but I also learn from my mistakes. There’s also redemption for most people. People are forgiving, but OWN your mistakes.
