It's big news because the Pentagon has to report to the Senate Select Committee on Intel by the end of June on the matter of UFO/UAP's and national security.

Additionally, more and more people are less afraid to discuss the subject for fear of ridicule and the press are finding that it sells bigly in the marketplace (lots of hits to articles, lots of ad bucks accordingly).

Even Oreo is introducing a new UFO-themed product called UFOreos.

It's a hot topic.;-)
