I remember back to some of the stupid sht I did when young. First thing you’d do was look around to make sure nobody saw you. Now the in thing is to record yourself for posterity. Crazy times.

First thing you’d do was look around to make sure nobody saw you.

That was your training kicking in. Even if your sense of common sense was malfunctioning, your sense of shame still worked. Nowadays the things that shame taught us to suppress or reject are things that kids eagerly share with the world.

Yeah, times we tried doing a wheelie on our bikes or got a black eye playing Tarzan we could lie and say we ran into a door. Now everything is recorded for future generations to see your dumbassery.
