Lots of valuable material there from that era. Needs careful attention on the removal, display, and sales presentation though.

Here's what I would do: buy everything, record placement of everything, recreate the store on a larger-scale somewhere else (viable) as a restaurant, put everything right back where it was, call the restaurant "1963", with a menu from that era -- truly-original-recipe KFC-style fried chicken made in recreations of the Colonel's pressure cookers, lots of meat & potato options, icebox pies, ice tea so strong it takes your breath away and you can feel your hair grow.

On the tvs, run loops of 1963 upbeat news : Kennedy (the good times), Pope John XXIII (good times), maybe "Cleopatra" and "Pink Panther" trailers, Nicklaus winning The Masters, The Judy Garland Show, Beach Boys on the speakers, man oh man. People would flip. out.

Apparently it isn’t for sale-which is probably wise-probably make more by turning it into a small museum-type place, charge admission, sell some cold drinks and snacks for a few bucks, etc-that way they keep their stuff and memories and make money, too...
