Who could have imagined that 20-years later (circa 1994) most newer music would best be described as the sound of a wayward spoon that fell into the garbage disposal...
Not only music but the movies as well. The 1970s were unbelievable, I remember listening to 99X WXLO here in New York and every song was always great, I use to tape them on a reel to reel then to top it off every month it seemed another classic movie was coming out. Godfather, Jaws, Rocky, Alien, Cuckoos nest, Taxi driver, Papillon, Josey Wales, Dog day afternoon, The Sting, Blazing saddles, Young Frankenstein, Marathon man. Now we get Superhero movies in between Superhero movies and lip syncing karaoke performers with gay male dancers for “music”.
