The Texas House and Senate have been working non-stop since January. When the governor mentions extending the session, it is a collective groan and people’s motors get going because they all want to go home.

As a Texas citizen, I don’t give a rat’s ass (and certainly not a Demonrat’s ass) if the legislature likes being in session for another few days or few weeks. They have the whole of next year off, but they’ve got certain business that must be addressed - and voting reform that ensures FAIR ELECTIONS is (and always should be) a part of that business.

If’n they don’t like it, phuck’em! Do the work first, THEN go home.
