Yes, ‘they’ tried that one for Roswell. Later they switched to ‘parachute dummies dropped for testing. ‘They’ have lied for decades. I have a neighbor who was on guard duty when the Malmstrom Base UFO incident happened. He saw what shut down the missile silos. It wasn’t a weather balloon or ball lightening. It was a real airborne vehicle of some sort.
