Democrats started referring to the United States of America as “our democracy“ several years ago. They are so insidious. They were preparing us for what we now have in the House of Representatives which, once either party has a majority, operates as a pure democracy. I really hate it when any Republican politicians or conservative sympathizers refer to our country as “a democracy.

Pure democracy is two foxes and one chicken voting on what’s for lunch. The constitution of the United States has many provisions to protect minorities from being completely ignored. There were no political parties when it was written. The Democrats of today do not care one thing about any political minority.

Read your mortgage documents. Foreclosure can be initiated for failure to “maintain the property”. And not always by the holders of the first mortgage (the US Federal Reserve system). ANY lienholder.
