I remember as a kid getting up in the morning to watch the Wimbledon final. The best players, like Borg, McEnroe, Connors, were all household names.

Yep, us too. Today there is a fella named Nadal or something like that,, that was domination g everything, phenomenal player, but the only reason we watched was because my nephew, an aspiring tennis p.ayer, was watching tennis constantly, we had no choice lol. But yeah, back during borg, Connor, McEnroe etc, we watched because they were great, and because nothing else was on that we could get on out roof antenna tv.
