I used to live a couple of miles from the Tampa Fairgrounds amphitheater, and the rap concerts were just non stop F-bombs. They later fixed the amphitheater so we could not hear it.
I think the police just stopped enforcing local laws in which you, in a car with open windows waiting at a stoplight for two minutes, have to hear the African American rap lyrics with as many F bombs and Sh bombs and praises of slashing or beating women they can fit into a “song.” At 10 times normal volume.
Nice that your neighborhood can get some relief, though.
