Outspoken doctors worldwide saying everyone got vaccinated with C0V1D may die within 2 years, i.e., 80 years old plus, with autoimmune disease, severe health problems.

How can genetically modified coronavirus that cause only mild upper respiratory track infection can cause pandemic?  I think taking C0V1D vaccine is not really necessary.
