It sounds like you've been more than tolerant and I'm sure you've thought about approaching them, but if they apparently don't care about your peace and quiet, a friendly reminder may just inflame matters.
Call the cops, you need your peace and quiet too.

It after 10pm here. The noise ordinance specifies below 60 dB level after 10 pm. That’s not very loud, and it applies AT my property line. I’m within the law to report.
