HCQ given in high doses retinosa pigmentosum. There is the always present risk of allergy, and adverse effects. The point being is that you your universal declaration of no side effects, no harm is not founded. It is harmful to promote a drug based on efficacy that it has not shown. Were it a cure, there would be in places widely using it a stopping of the epidemic curve, not a bell shaped curve. Look at india. Despite the “widespread” ivermectin use it is apparent that the current wave has a symmetrical distribution. If Ivermectin were a “cure” the curve owuld look much different.
I am not taking umbrage that Iverectin may have some weakly positive properties, but cure it is not. Otherwise everyone on the planet would be on it, and CoVID would not exist

Why was the early evidence of HCQ efficacy so ruthlessly suppressed?
