Let's not mince words, J&J is gene therapy. I hope you would be just as happy if I took an adenovirus injection for gene therapy for cancer treatment. Stimulates the immune system a bit differently but the same mechanisms are used.

I'm only suggesting a little balance in perspective. I consider it pretty amazing medicine but there's a lot more research to be done on the benefits and risks.
