Did they ever stop to think this kind of policy just may encourage criminals to commit more and more serious crimes just to see what they can get away with.
There’s a reason why you have to tell a child “no” when they make little mistakes, so they don’t continue that behavior and make bigger ones.

its a policy that puts it sqaurely on officers

their judgments

they will use this in court to rip their choices to shreds

unfair targeting of this person, etc

this wasn’t something that was serious enough to chase, etc

what an effing disaster

move to the country people
