This is a good step for removing subjectivity from the vote count.

In this digital age, the public should have access to validate the ballot count online, including examination of each ballot.

An image of each serial-numbered ballot should be scanned and posted online along with a database of all ballots.

This would resolve miscounting and double counting votes. This would resolve electronic vote switching and votes invented without ballots.

There have to be other checks and balances for destroyed ballots, for ballots that were illegally produced.

It is impossible to create and manage these processes in a voting/counting environment. The mentality is missing in government people. Things like integrity, completeness, accountability, competence, etc. don’t exist within government and cannot be created there. I think continuous real audits can wear the enemy down.
