Spain’s postal service is feeling a backlash from its attempt to highlight racial inequality.
State-owned Correos España this week issued a set of four stamps in different skin-colored tones. The darker the stamp, the lower the price. The lightest color costs 1.60 euros ($1.95). The darkest one costs 0.70 euros ($0.85).
The postal service calls them “Equality Stamps” and introduced them on the anniversary of George Floyd being killed by a police officer in Minneapolis.

You can't make this stuff up.
Why should anyone in Spain care about the death of a low life criminal with a rap sheet full of violent crimes, a punk who died by a self-adminesterd drug overdose?
Are Spaniards really that stupid?
“Are Spainards really that stupid? “
No, but all our Woketard governments are.
Actually they’re not stupid at all. It is the plan.
Buy the cheapest ones and use a bit of ‘white-out’.
Next, a color-based set of stamps honoring the Spanish Inquisition. The Jewish victims get the Yellow Star color. Moslems get a nice Green. Other Christians, White. African slaves get Brown, etc.
I hope that they are as nice a print as the famous Spain/Vatican “Catacombs” stamps (absolutely beautiful colors and lithographic printing). Similar to Iran’s “Shah and Airmail stamps” and the El Salvador US- El Salvador friendship stamps of the early 1900’s.
They don’t make them like that any more.
“Are Spaniards really that stupid?”
Only if they don’t ALL buy ONLY the black stamps.
Libs are the same all over: they just sit around and think up new stupid things to do
I would GLADLY pay $1.50 for a stamp if the USPS would stop delivering me junk.
This really is a particularly stupid idea.
Most Spaniards I have met are perfectly nice, down-to-earth people. However, Spanish leftists are about like American leftists - enough said.
How much does it cost to mail a letter in Spain? In the U.S. it costs 55¢ to mail a first class letter. If you have to weigh a letter to determine the postage, you get a post mark. Packages get a bar code. The cheapest of these stamps is worth 85¢, the most expensive $1.95.
That’s around 90% of the crap I get.
Unsolicited crap, that doesn’t remotely interest me.
Didn’t Rush do a bake sale kind of like this?
