My brother has the inversion table. He says that works. I think its all about decompressing the cushion between the vertebrae if you are lucky. Other back pain is not so easy to manage or fix.

He bought it like 15 years ago. Not really sure how much he paid.
New they are 300-500 on the Teeter website. Look on Craigslist for a used one. It’s like a lot of exercise equipment, people buy them, use them twice and then put them for sale.
I also bought mine like 15 yrs ago.. the new ones look quite nice.
