I can attest to the Inversion Table. I have one, love it. Even hanging at about 45’ is helpful. You don’t have to hang all the way upside down.
Also, orthotics in your shoes helps. I use Good Feet. I was having terrible pain when we moved, looked at my shoes, got out my orthotics, which were in another pair, and started wearing them again.

Sixty four years after the war, my dad read the roster of names from Battery B and came across the name of his “foxhole buddy”, who had been killed some time after my dad was captured. Just seeing the name
Pfc Thomas Horton
on the list caused him to burst into tears. My dad was captured in France, so they must have been together through the Rapido, Monte Cassino, and Anzio.

In Senate floor remarks, Senator Rand Paul slammed the “wasteful” National Science Foundation (NSF) and National Institutes of Health (NIH) studies that he says squander taxpayer money. The comments were during a debate on increasing the budget of the NSF by $29 billion.
Senator Paul lists numerous outrageous uses of taxpayer funds in his speech, saying, “You can’t make this stuff up.”

Dr. Anthony Fauci once argued that conducting experiments on contagious viruses to increase their potency was worth the risk, even if the work could accidentally lead to a pandemic, it was revealed Friday.
The nation’s chief medical advisor wrote in the American Society for Microbiology in October 2012 of the public health benefit to gain-of-function viral experiments — which center on manipulating viruses and making them stronger — as long as there is significant oversight.
In the article, first reported by The Australian, Fauci also noted that a pause on such studies should continue until researchers can figure out how to do them more transparently.
Gain-of-function experiments are the sort of work that was being conducted at the Wuhan Institute of Virology when the COVID-19 pandemic first started in China in late 2019 and some experts fear a lab accident is what led to the global outbreak that killed 3.4 million.
In the 2012 paper, Fauci acknowledged the risky research could lead to serious lab accidents but the chance is rare and the work is “important” because it helps the scientific community prepare for naturally occurring pandemics.

Jim Caviezel, best known for playing Jesus in Mel Gibson’s The Passion of the Christ and his starring role in CBS’ Person of Interest, made people do a double take when he appeared at a right-wing conference in April to promote his forthcoming anti-child trafficking movie.
It wasn’t entirely shocking that Caviezel was at the Health and Freedom Conference, which was attended by former President Donald Trump’s usual posse, including the conspiracy theory-loving trio of MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, attorney Lin Wood, and former Trump lawyer Sidney “release the Kraken” Powell. The actor has proudly been one of few outspoken conservative Christians in Hollywood, counting Steve Bannon as a good friend and often closing out interviews by reciting one of Ronald Reagan’s speeches.
But while talking about his new movie Sound of Freedom, Caviezel went on a wild tangent about a QAnon conspiracy theory called “adrenochroming.” The event’s 4,500-strong crowd had a decent showing of raised hands when asked if they were familiar with the term.
