No, English is “more flexible” PRIMARILY because it adopted other language syntax to add to its German roots. It is a Germanic language with French/Latin added in, much thanks to Norman Conquest.
But the FDA is indeed, mostly a problem, because it INHIBITS progress.
I don't desire as much to see “FDA approval” as the labs just doing their work at a normal pace, rather than rushing biology.
Many drugs will take some 10 years with the bureaucracy. I figure halve that for normal scientific method. All I'm asking for is maybe 5 years of effort.
The disease is not worth the ROI of a rushed drug.

I did not beat on them. Simply pointed out a stamp of approval doesn’t automatically mean those drugs are free from risk of complications or death. In fact a good percentage of cancer patients die of treatment related sequelae, not the cancer itself. I am fairly confident that’s how Rush died too, but that’s another topic.

It’s not at all rational for a young person who is at minuscule risk from a cold virus to take an experimental treatment to try to avoid it.

Two of my kids have gotten it and I pray for them daily that God would protect them from the consequences of their foolishness.
My oldest was diagnosed with it last spring and has not said whether she got the vaccine or not but hopefully she didn’t.

I was responding to someone who said that the daughter might have been determined to get the injection because of the COVID death toll. In her age group it is minuscule. The “vaccine” death toll is higher in the young.
The logical result of the fear and paranoia being spread by anti-vaccine activists willing to say anything to scare people into changing their decision. This guy actually believes this nonsense. And when everyone in his family who gets vaccinated is fine at the end of the next flu season, he'll breathe a sigh of relief that they somehow lucked out; oblivious to the fact that they were never in danger from the vaccines.
Next time someone claims that the anti-vaccine crowd isn't fearmongering, I'd like to point them to this sobbing, inconsolable father who's parroting their nonsense at his (thankfully far more rational and well informed) daughter. This poor man has been reduced to tears by the terrorizing claims made by people who have no clue what they're talking about.
Help me understand who's supposed to benefit when 70-80% of the US population dies and US society collapses because there's no way to keep anything functioning anymore for lack of people left alive?
I don’t know if the premise is valid but there are billions of people worldwide lining up to take the place of eliminated people
