We must bring back the death penalty, and expand its use exponentially. Keeping these criminals alive is stupid and foolish.
Criminals need to realize that actions have consequences. Prison is not a deterrent. Tougher measure are required if anyone cares to actually engage in the “war on crime.” Until then, SOS.
