Bowen’s participation in the mob was his choice. His law suit will be flushed down the toilet, esp. since as an elected official (the excuse used against Jan 6th politicians) he is responsible for the actions of the violence/criminal mob.
Time for a grand jury investigation of Bowen’s actions to see if he violated local/state “aiding and abetting” rioters to commit a crime and other laws that could be applicable.
He should be beaten with a cane pole...
