The problem comes when, immediately after the Gov starts pushing the vax to kids, all the schools will say that the kids have to be vaxed before they’ll be allowed back in the building, and it’ll be added to the regular list of normal real vaccines that kids must have before attending school.
When a school district makes such a requirement and a parent’s child is denied entry to school for lack of vaccination, they’ll have standing to file a lawsuit.
Until then, this is getting immediately dismissed. There’s no injury to the parties, no remedy, no standing; so no lawsuit.
