This isn’t helpful at all.
It is really wallowing in self-pity and remorse of the coulda/shoulda/woulda kind.
Most of us have had it, but we girded our loins like a man and are back in the fight.
Yes, call on the Lord! Pray every day—but we should always be doing that, good times or bad.
Not to mention that total lack of paragraphs.
Really makes the writer look stupid.
