it’s humorous when some lonely dude on an internet discussion forum thinks that he, and only he, properly understands the deeper meanings underlying constitutional law.
spoiler alert: the federal government isn’t going to wake up one morning and suddenly realize that they’ve been illegally dispensing foreign aid for 100 years. not going to happen.
