These people are collective narcissists. People like that go to their graves never truly admitting they are wrong about anything. It starts in early childhood, gets fed, then you have ...well... what we see.
They will never admit Trump was right. They will never let him into the White House. Never.
That does not mean Trump was not right. He was. It doesn’t mean Trump didn’t win the White House. He did.

It'll take them another year, at least, to connect the dots leading to Fauci and the NIH grants to said lab.
