This is about choosing to damage property you don’t own. Not scolding rich people.
It’s about admonishing people who choose to believe they can do what they please due to [insert entitlement of choice].
You can’t cut the hickory or maple on my property (or any tree for that matter) without my consent. I don’t care about your ‘views.’
We live on a lake. Others don’t. That doesn’t mean they can trespass on my land to use the pretty lake. Sucks to be them; they should have bought lake property or befriended us.
Absent an invite, get off my lawn. Where we live the no trespassing paint and signs mean something, and it is not about being rich. It’s about not being a self-important 4$$. We have neighbors whose net worth is two orders of magnitude more than us, and we’ve done alright. They are great people, always welcome in our home or on our land.
Money doesn’t buy or guarantee class in either direction.
