Are the Red Chinese encamped just south of the border, or hidden in a Blue city nearby?

You can buy off-the-shelf drones on the internet that can fly 4 miles high in good conditions. They aren't cheap (>$1,200 or more). The FAA doesn't like it, but they shouldn't pretend its something unexpected.

You can buy off-the-shelf drones on the internet that can fly 4 miles high in good conditions.

There are only a few hobby drone that can fly that range and up to 8 kilometers. However none of them have an hour + flight time.....Most in the range of about 34 minutes.
