I looked briefly at one study on Ivermectin (can’t remember where I saw it) which reported about a 75% positive response to Ivermectin. They were using a single dose of Ivermectin of I believe 5 mg. Other users of Ivermdectin have recommended 5 days of 12 mg. a day. I wonder if the other 25% could have been saved with a higher dose?

The protocols I’m seeing are a little more granular than just 12mg on dosing. See here, especially the table at the top of p2. And note they talk about doing 2X the table’s dosage in certain situations.

IANADNDIPOOTV, but it seems you’d have to work pretty hard to OD with this stuff, based on what I’ve read. And the overall safety profile is something like Tylenol or Aleve. It really ought to be OTC, and sort of is if you don’t mind using veterinary products.
