I am no clear of your meaning with the numbers you have following the numbers for each of the last seven holes.
For instance, what is your meaning of the #4 following hole #12; and the same for each of the other holes?
The numbers represent how difficult the hole is for the week. #12 being the most difficult hole, with #13 being the 4th hardest, in relation to par. So if the average for the hole is 4.56 on a par 5, it means that most players are making 5-6 strokes for the hole and very few shooting 4 shots from tee to green.
Looking at the handicapping for the Ocean course at Kiawah Island, I see that it doesn't match the numbers on the cards for the players at the PGA Championship, so I'm going to have to presume that Maigrey's explanation in #85 is correct.
