Fully protected are those who’ve had the recommended number of shots.

What logical fallacy is this? “Counted” does not prove “Fully Protected”, as easily shown false via counterfactual from those poor folks with "breakthrough infections”.
”Somewhat Protected” may be closer to the truth, but if the vaccinated are never exposed, there’s no conclusion that can be drawn...
