That is a fact!!!
Just completed an hour on my bike chasing 90% HR, feels good but intervals to 100% are better but only once a week for me.
For reasons I have yet to determine, multiple runs to 100% make my ankles sore???
Being a young septuagenarian my ankles should not be a problem?
Well, there was the time when a co-worker bet me I could not jump from bollard to bollard in the parking lot!
And they were close at about four feet apart.
Easy-peasy!!! I ran down the row .
Laughing and not exactly paying attention as I jumped off the last one and twisted my ankle, BIG TIME! I turned purple, but only for a week or two.
But I collected!!!
