The objective of settler-colonialism is to terminate and replace the presence of Indigenous Peoples as peoples—not as random individuals. This is the very definition of genocide.

This is a form of the violent appropriate doctrine. In the United States the collectivist claim to land by the Indians was not objectively legitimate. It was a primitive, barbaric, and arbitrary type of claim by uncivilized savages, who had no legitimate titles to the land over which they simply roamed, and had no fixed settlements.

Most of the transfers of ownership to white settlers were legitimate through purchases and treaties.

Through the Declaration of Independence, rational governments are instituted among men to secure their natural rights (including property rights). The improper government of Indians deserved to be overthrown because they did not respect natural rights. Also a division of labor society deserves to supersede a primitive non division of labor society.

Finally, in a modern advanced, rational division of labor society, any injustice of land transfer is naturally washed away with the passage of time.
