As I posted above there are very significant genomic differences between SARS CoV-1 and SARS CoV-2, and CoV-2 is much more closely related to other coronaviruses observed in the wild.
There's no evidence, genomic or otherwise, that one evolved from the other and she's the first person I've ever heard to even suggest the possibility.
She's stating it as a fact. Extraordinary claims demand extraordinary evidence and she's supplied none.
