No reputable scientist is claiming Covid is a mutation or evolution of SARS CoV-1.

An anonymous nobody calling someone an “idiot” who worked with Nobel Prize winner Dr. Luc Montagnier and won awards herself says more about the nobody.
She never said one came from the other. She said the appearance of one within 10 years of the other was not a possibility.
The homology of the two SARS-COV viruses are as much as 80%.
SARS-CoV-1 caused an outbreak in 2003 and it was more deadly but not as fast to spread. It was found to have zoonotic origin as laboratories around the world trained their equipment on it, all coronaviruses in animals were sequenced and cataloged. SARS-COV-2 was not in existence. To say SARS-COV-2 is natural defies its higher transmissibility. It certainly would have been cataloged at the time of investigating SARS-COV-1. Thus, a whopper was created that it somehow migrated without incident from a bat in a remote region more than 600 miles away from the market claimed to be its launch point.
Dr. Mikovits was pointing out that a 20% differential evolving inside 10 years naturally was impossible so it couldn’t have come from SARS-COV-1. Other labcoats were asking that question and she shut it down.
She and Dr. Montagnier both say SARS-COV-2 is engineered. But such luminaries as Bill Gates and Brian Stelter will say Mikovits is an idiot and Montagnier is a crackpot. You’re in good company with such stalwarts from Microsoft and CNN.
