Protestors all look white to me, but my vision sux.

I remember a very safe Chicago when I was a kid. Richard J. Daley was a crooked Dem, but kept the city safe and clean. I could walk across the Loop from the station to Michigan Ave as a teen. Perfectly safe. Would be murdered today.

Richard Daley was more crooked than a $3 bill, but he also knew how to run a city. Everyone was getting their graft, but the garbage was being picked up, the roads getting paved, the petty crooks getting locked up, etc.
