Seems like got his government pension then walked. That is always the easiest way, and why not much changes. I suspect it’s a nice pension and he was part of a union. He dislikes commies though.
I don’t understand/don’t countenance your disparagement of this truth telling officer.
There is no pension. Just an inadequately funded 401. And he was part of a union, but in Colorado they’re essentially relegated to weak attempts to make departments follow due process on discipline. He retired, but thats just a status withe the department (one step up from resigned). I’m sure he’s moving on to a better industry. I have no doubt he will have to work at least another 10-15 years.
So this officer would have been more virtuous if he had walked away six months before retirement ?
I’m SURE you would sacrifice as much, right?
(”I got my two cents worth in, but I lost my pension, so I won. “ ) right?
“Seems like got his government pension then walked. That is always the easiest way, and why not much changes. I suspect it’s a nice pension and he was part of a union. He dislikes commies though.”
The union was there first. Perhaps he should never have become a cop since there was a union? Now all cops in cities with unions are no good under you fanciful purity ideas.
You are an asshole. Have a nice day
What is wrong with walking once pension is achieved?
Adding to above, public or private pensions.
