I agree, he is a Nutter.

I listened to an interview that ArtBell did with him in the 90s and he sounded quite rational back then.

If I put on my conspiracy hat I might say that he may have been right and so the govt has been using drugs and mind control devices on him to discredit all the work he has ever done/
