Well, lets see. Since Q is asking us what it was, and as he explains, its a code which was a command, AND it seems we reading this post have access to it, I'm guessing it might be something in a Q post that was posted 'two days before the event'.
So find out when the event was, then check Q posts from two days prior.
That might be it. I would suss it out, but I'm super tired. Time for lil Officer Pupperdoo to earn her detective badge.
And if that's correct, there will be 'keywords' that 'unlock the map' (which I never did understand).
Of course, I may be wrong, too.

Obviously [d] [R] stands for d'Rothschild, coincidently the site of the helicopter crash.

Search Q app for 'stringer, and lo and behold, Q posted this two days prior to the crash.
That is the "stringer" which Q calls a command code.
As I recall, when this was originally discussed, there was at least one Rothschild on the ground or in the house shortly before the crash. Which leaves room for one more important person, either outside or inside the house.
Q points to the pilot of the plane as a 'bad actor', who countered' the mission.
Q posted further about this event.
Q gives us the keywords in the 'stringer'.
The stringer was a 'go order' to Green.
The Rothschilds countered.
This may be what Q is referring to when he asks, 'what was posted prior to the stringer':
