I also took that to mean military operators. And Q posted music that operators use when on missions several times. Here is link to my Q music compendium but I did not include every single one, I should though.

That’s also what I thought Q was talking about initially. However, to get the Q message out to the world, a board owner or moderator had to be involved to allow the communications and ensure they came from Q.
Jim Watkins seems like a very unlikely “operator”, but sometimes the best ones are the ones you least expect.
