Excerpt:

OSHA – “DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations. OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination through May 2022. We will reevaluate the agency’s position at that time to determine the best course of action moving forward.” (LINK)

ThankQ!

Even OSHA backed off; Derps got to em somehow.

Probably all it took was to threaten their useless overpaid job so they parrot what they are told. Just more evidence IMO of how much cleaning is needed in the swamp. Just because they postponed enforcement doesn’t postpone the law. The law is still valid so maybe it will take someone at the state level to enforce it, even though it is a federal law. Enough pushback from different state sources would wake them up to enforce the law now not down the road. Upon Trumps’ return departments like these need to be disbanded in their entirety, they are bloated and useless.
