Nervous workers struggle to adjust to new mask policies

Some workers don’t trust customers — or their co-workers — to be truthful about their vaccination status since most companies are not requiring proof. Others fear they will be judged if they leave their own masks on, even though their reasons for doing so are varied.

Kroger, the country’s largest grocery chain, became one of the latest to announce that, starting Thursday, workers and customers can stop wearing masks

William Stratford, 29, won’t be fully vaccinated until next month, but shoppers and co-workers at the home improvement store where he works had been coming in without a mask even before the CDC put out its latest guidance.

He has complained to management and eats lunch in his car to avoid mask-less people in the breakroom. He gets stares from shoppers and co-workers.

“I know for a fact people have a negative opinion of me,” said Stratford of Valley Center, California, who asked that the store where he works not be named out of fear of reprisal. “It’s become a divisive issue in the workplace.”

Some workers worry they have been left to bear the fallout of a confusing jumble of policies. John Bartlett, a meat manager at a Safeway in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, said he is personally relieved that, for now, his store is still requiring masks for everyone but he worries that the policy will make dealing with anti-mask customers even more difficult.

“We have customers who literally cuss at us,” said Bartlett, recalling an incident where a man stormed out of the store shouting obscenities after Bartlett pleaded with him to wear a mask. “The country should just have one policy. It would make it easier because we wouldn’t have deal with customers who are so rude and awful to us.”

Buncha crybullies pretending they are the victims when they are trying to get the strong arm of government to force other people to do what they want.

The reason N95 masks will never work is simple, they must be perfectly fitted and require replacement if you touch it or 2 hours of wearing it, whichever comes first.

If you want to wear a mask everywhere and eat lunch in your car... that’s fine. Nobody cares.

But don’t try to make yourself some sort of victim over others not wearing stupid masks and choosing to follow science and common sense.

I think that if an employee feels uncomfortable, he or she should wear a mask, and customers should just be glad there’s an employee there at all. Every place is understaffed already.

My daughter and I rang the “ring bell for assistance” in the sporting goods area at Walmart yesterday because I wanted to buy a folding chair and we were too short to get it down. After fifteen minutes, during which I drilled her on U.S. coin values (and we rang two more times), we gave up. I had to go back today with a teenbro over 6 feet tall.

He’s the one who volunteered his name and place of employment in a newspaper article. Hard to say anyone is “doxxing” him but himself.

Our ancestors who endured a lot of hardship to build this country would despair of many of their descendants. How easily our minds and emotions are manipulated by the government and media.

I would ask this guy this. Were you born with a mask on your face? Then I would say neither was I. I am doing the natural thing.

We have a lumber shortage, a microchip shortage, a beef shortage, a gasoline shortage ... we even face a potato chip shortage I read about just this morning. But the biggest shortage, the most far-reaching shortage, the most potentially serious shortage of all is a shortage of American men. Oh, many males still think of themselves as a man, but behind their mask they remain irrationally frightened, demanding, distrusting and angry little b!tches ... and that behavior is getting “real old” tiresome nearly beyond belief ... and there’s no escaping it ... at least in many parts of America.

I’ve heard that the blue masks may also have asbestos in them. Many come from China.

For those getting Faux Fauci’s shots, research your rights before consenting to the experimental drug.

INFORMED CONSENT

The Informed Consent must contain a signed acknowledgment by the person before vaccination occurs, agreeing to being vaccinated in spite of the risks presented by the vaccine inoculator (administering the vaccine).
The lack of Informed Consent is a violation of the HIPAA Act, or the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1966, Codified in the Code of Federal Regulations at 45 C.F.R. Part 160, Subparts C, D, and E.
If a person administering the vaccine fails to obtain a Signed Informed Consent at the time of inoculation, he or she has no immunity and can be sued for various crimes and torts, including deliberate indifference and willful negligence, and attempted murder.

The vaccine inoculator has liability, and can lose all of his/her assets, including one’s home, automobiles, investment holdings, and personal property.
It is my humble opinion that once said liability is made known by and through the filing of the first in a series of class action lawsuits, vaccine inoculators will think twice before administering any further vaccines.
While the vaccine manufacturers have immunity, the vaccine inoculators may easily seek remunerative compensation indemnification/relief by further suing their own employers [hospitals, pharmacies, etc.] which will ultimately create an upward chain of liability that is not covered by vaccine manufacturers’ immunity.

No concern apparently for those who are harassed “why didn’t you get the shot yet” or “c’mon man, wear a mask!” several times a day.

>>If you can’t trust someone’s claim of being vaccinated, can you trust someone’s claim that they can legally vote?

Did he go vote at the polls on election day last year?

The CDC said that it was okay for people actively testing positive for covid to go stand in line and vote at the polls on election day last year.

“scary stuff, kids”

It’s never been about a virus. It was about shifting the culture and deposing Orange Man by any means necessary.

Harris County’s (Houston) mask policy that has been in place since last year says explicitly that the peons should NOT wear the medical masks or N95 masks, those are only for the emergency and critical people. Save the supply for those who REALLY need them...
