I can never get past the fact that covid occurrences are soooo low. 5,526 hospitalizations occurred in the 4 month study period. That’s 0.006% of their national population in 4 months. Why are people demanding vaxx’s, and ready to fire us and limit our freedoms (that’s the issue here) for this small of a medical condition.
These data need Perspective:
The US had 36 million hospital admissions in 2018. Divide by 3 to get a 4-month equivalent =12 million - that’s 3.7% of the population we’re hospitalized in a 4-month period.
.006 / 3.7 = 0.0016 = 0.16% of hospitalizations were covid (in theory - I know this is US vs Israel, but you get the idea?)
