Renegeron's REGEN-COV2 monoclonal antibodies (one article mentioned twice the normal dosage -- but even that amount not a big deal, really), remdesivir (5 days, unfinished), dexamethasone (briefly, maybe just one dose).

Also pre-existing regimens of zinc, vitamin D, famotidine, melatonin, and a daily aspirin.

From my perspective, absolutely perfect Rx. He felt bad for 24 hours leading up to Walter Reed, and was fine 48 hours later.
