Nitric oxide was an effective treatment for covid1, and there was a study of it by Mass General Hosp in pregnant women early last year that had good results. And good studies by MGH and others since.
Now in phase 3 trials.
Is it a very difficult, expensive treatment that hosps are not set up for?
I believe that this is the “disinfectant” that Trump referred to in the early days.
And nowhere but this video claims the vaccine wipes out wild antibodies. I suspect the red cross does not use vaccinated people for convalescent plasma because 1) convalescent plasma doesn’t work and 2) people who are vaccinated are not convalescing from the disease and as far as I know passive antibody transfer from vaccinated to unvaccinated has not been tried. Nor should it be when regeneron is available

You are both wrong. They do help and that’s why the Federal Government is cutting funding for it, and shills are telling everybody not to bother because they don’t work.
But there are other treatment alternatives - the cat is out of the bag now.
