A long, far cry from the Viking era. Scandinavians have been effectively neutered.

It stands on Gustav Adolf's square The Sweden of today is a far, far cry from the Sweden of Gustav Adolf (Gustav I or Gustavus Adolphus), the soldier-king whose armies terrorized Europe in the early 1630's.

    Kitsch.
How wonderful to put up a statue honoring LGBT! How enlightened I and my fellows are to realize how wonderful this is! Paraphrasing Milos Kundera.
Barbie Dream House LGBT Unicorn kitsch.
The absolute denial of s-—. Also Kundera, I think.

It looks like it was designed by a 10 year old girl.

It could contain a secret meaning.
Unicorns are typically depicted all white, but this is “pink” on the lower part of its body and the horn.
So maybe the artist imagines the unicorn goring and trampling all those little prissies.
