Why did they hire him, you might ask, if he doesn't look exactly like Biden (AND doesn't really speak English, AND didn't make it past the 3rd grade in his country of origin)? Because he's actually more intelligible than Biden, AND he is willing to do a job that Americans aren't willing to do...
