FOX News host Tucker Carlson has vehemently criticized the Pentagon for deliberately ignoring the issue posed by UFOs to focus on improving diversity within its ranks instead.
During Monday's Tucker Carlson Tonight, Carlson described Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin as a "full-time ideologue", adding that having "Austin at the Pentagon is like handing control of the entire U.S. military to the editorial page of The New York Times."
Carlson then claimed Austin said that serving alongside people who didn't vote for President Joe Biden was "the single greatest risk our soldiers face", before introducing a clip in which the Secretary of Defense vows to "fight hard to stamp out sexual assault and to rid our ranks of racists and extremists."
Carlson, however, slammed Lloyd's commitment to improve diversity within the U.S. Army and urged the Pentagon to focus on tackling the issue of UFOs instead.
"This is your country, please defend it. It is becoming clear they have no interest in defending it," Tucker said about the Department of Defense.
"This is the latest example of that," he added before introducing a clip from CBS' 60 Minutes, which discussed how UFOs have "regularly" been spotted flying through restricted U.S. airspace.
"The government has already stated for the record that they're real," Luis Elizondo, the former director of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program—the secretive Pentagon unit that studied UFOs—told 60 Minutes.

All this UFO talk makes me wonder why they are distracting us. What do they not want us to see?
There is another angle and that is that the Left is irritated by the UFO/UAP stuff because it is taking the spotlight off diversity, BLM, systemic racism, etc.
The the US military establishment considers us the enemy.
“All this UFO talk makes me wonder why they are distracting us. What do they not want us to see?”
Probably trying to get ahead of the narrative. One of the Navy pilots interviewed on 60 Minutes on Sunday said that at one point pilots were encountering these things “every day” when he was flying off carriers.
What do they not want us to see?...
IMO, they are explaining away the approaching rapture...
Go get vaccinated too, we know you've been shirking your responsibility to society that way.
Get your mind ready for your passport. It'll soon be linked to location services on your cellphone for the social credit system...
And other stuff too. It's a brave new world; obey, comrade.
That was good. Thx for posting it.
“All this UFO talk makes me wonder why they are distracting us. What do they not want us to see?”
Since Congress is forcing them to very soon declassify what they have on UFOs, the distraction may be something so simple as to try to make people forget they have been misleading (lying) all of us on the matter for many decades
Slow walking us to an alien contact hoax. It’s going to be a while, and they are not done with the virus just yet, but it’s coming. In the meantime, they can use the build up as a distraction from the fact that the world is on fire because Biden is incompetent.
This stuff started long before the virus ever made the news. In fact, all the video and recorded images from the Pentagon are prior to 2019. And it started hitting the news back in 2017.
This is a good example of what our society has come to, a rant against too much attention being paid to men being able to wear dresses and not enough being paid to the serpentine invaders from outer space.
Here in Texas we call that the truth.
I heard that theory three or four months ago. I do not discount it
So there are “martians” and spaceships flying around in our atmosphere and yet we have spent trillions of science dollars to far stretches of the universe and we have not found a scintilla of evidence of life outside of our atmosphere? Or have we?
They are probably deflecting attention away from advanced defense projects.
Instead of UFO’s or social justice issues, how about the Pentagon concern itself with actually winning a war against China? Or is that asking too much?
