If you’ve been here for less than a year, read the entire article before commenting.
If you’ve been here from 1 to 5 years, just read the excerpt before commenting.
And if you’ve been here for more than 5 years, glance at the headline then say whatever you feel like. (That’s what I do.)

I mostly read the headline and excerpt before commenting. Other times I just react to the headline. Someday I just skip everything and go straight to the comment section and spout off without thinking.
I try to pay attention, but am easily distrac... look, a squirrel!
