Condition of employment says worker must be on site, can't be on site without proof of vaccination, no vaccination means can't meet job requirements and this is not considered eligible for ADA accommodation therefore employee is terminated.

Those are the same requirements from my employer in the Bay Area. I will keep teaching remote for now. (The same mask, face shield and gloves requirement they had in the past are still there)
The ADA says there must be reasonable accommodation for the employee.
